"Joseph Benincasa and his staff consistently go above and beyond for their State Farm clients.
Just two days after my wife was released from the hospital following major surgery, we experienced a devastating fire at our home that destroyed our garage and my car trailer. As we were trying to cope with the loss and focus on my wife's recovery, the insurance process became overwhelming. The adjuster handling the trailer claim repeatedly requested documents and photos that had already been provided years earlier when the policy was written.
Feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, I reached out to Joe for help. He and his staff immediately stepped in, worked diligently to arrange for an adjuster to inspect the trailer at the body shop, and communicated directly with the claims team to ensure they had the documentation already on file. When a new adjuster took over the claim and began asking for the same information all over again, Joe and his staff once again jumped in and quickly brought the adjuster up to speed.
Throughout the entire process, Joe and his team were compassionate, responsive, and incredibly supportive. They handled the insurance issues so I could focus on rebuilding our garage and, most importantly, caring for my wife during her recovery.

"I can't thank Joseph Benincasa and his staff at State Farm enough for their outstanding assistance with all of my insurance needs.

"I cannot recommend the insurance agent, Jaime Ferris @ this agency, enough! After another insurance company completely wasted my time, gave me the runaround, and made what should have been a simple process incredibly frustrating, I was honestly ready to give up.
